Kansas Marriage Laws

Applicants apply in person and pay the fee in cash. You'll need a certified birth certificate as ID. You don't have to be a resident of Kansas. There is a 3 day waiting period.

The license is valid for 6 months and can only be used in Kansas. There are no blood tests. Legal age to marry is 18.
